(Mach 13, 2012)  To accommodate the demands of a crush of natural gas industry employees across the border in northern Pennsylvania, Chemung County is moving no less than six new franchise hotels through its development pipeline. This is an astonishing number for a largely rural county. The hotels are planned for the environs of the Arnot Mall, a sprawling zone between Elmira and Corning.
