Seven development proposals submitted for key downtown Niagara Falls site

(December 28, 2011)  A new downtown development in Niagara Falls, slated to break ground this year, will be a leap forward for the city’s revitalization work. The details of seven proposals submitted to city and state officials aren’t being revealed until the end of January,  but the officials did say that the developers responded well to the request for proposals for a mixed use, urbane development on the 38,000 square-foot site.

May this auspicious project-t0-be give the City of Niagara Falls’ a huge win in its fight with urban decline.
