Obama seeks $300 billion for infrastructure

Citing a crisis in the condition of the nation’s roads, bridges, and rail lines, President Obama announced his plan to pitch Congress for $300 billion for infrastructure repairs and improvements across the country. The President announced his plan in St. Paul, Minnesota, where a gleaming new multi-modal transportation hub is opening.
