(August 15, 2012)  In downtown Binghamton, a multitude of public and private entities gathered August 15 to announce a plan to erect a “High-Tech Job Creation Incubator” on a key piece of downtown land. The site is close to offices, shops, restaurants, services, and Binghamton University’s Downtown Center. This project is envisioned to play an important role in Binghamton and the Southern Tier’s economic revival.

Among several partners involved are Binghamton University, Broome Community College, Broome County, and the Broome County IDA.
