Blueprint Binghamton launches citizen-driven comprehensive plan update process, opens downtown project studio

With a precious $500,000 federal Partnership for Sustainable Communities grant (only 27 were awarded nationwide in 2012, and this the only one in New York), the City of Binghamton is launching Binghamton Blueprint, an 18-month, citizen-driven comprehensive plan update process. This energetic launch includes the opening of a downtown studio for the project.
