Astonishing sprawl absurdity in Orlando

D.C. Streetsblog reports on an astonishing example of sprawl in Orlando (a poster child for the phenomenon). It seems that there are two houses in suburban Orlando whose backyards adjoin, yet it would take seven miles of driving to drive between the two. Meaning if you wanted to walk between the two via road, it would take you over two hours.
