Empire State Future Coalition member Scenic Hudson, in partnership with federal, state, and local government, announced that $3.6 million will be used to establish conservation easements on prime farmland in Dutchess and Columbia Counties. These fast-growing Lower-Hudson counties face significant development pressure on their farmland, farms, and open space.
