Flood-ravaged Prattsville planning its rebirth

Not long after the flood waters from Hurricane Irene receded, the residents and government of the Town of Prattsville  launched a process to rebuild a better town. The Town has brought in expert planners, architects, engineers, and ecologists to work with government and citizens to design and actualize a plan for the future of Prattsville’s built environment.
