Developer selected for Syracuse Inner Harbor

(January 14, 2012) Fayetteville-based COR Companies has won a competition for development of Syracuse’s Inner Harbor, with the selection made by a five-person committee appointed by Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner. COR Companies, known for development of large “Towne Center” shopping plazas in Upstate regions, has proposed a bold, $350 million mixed-used project for the important site. Syracuse leaders agree that the project can be transformational for the city and region.
