Auspicious new brownfield bill in Congress

A bill has been introduced in Congress that would dramatically help U.S. communities reclaim contaminated land for productive use. The BUILD Act of 2013 (Brownfields Utilization, Investment, and Local Development) was introduced by an interesting mix of Senators: Senators Lautenberg (D-NJ), Inhofe (R-OK), Crapo (R-ID) and Udall (D-NM).
