$20 million gift made to complete the High Line

(October 31, 2011)  A $20 million gift–the largest ever made to support New York City public park space–was recently made to develop the final leg of the High Line park in Manhattan. The High Line is a remarkable redevelopment of a derelict elevated railway into a unique linear park.
